He has substantial trial experience work in private practice as well as for the New York State Attorney General’s Office. He has also served as a clerk for a U.S. District Court Judge.
Justin has handled small and large disputes from inception to trial and has tried cases before both judges and juries. He has litigated business disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, and unfair and deceptive trade practices. He has both investigated and litigated claims of discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations for corporate and higher education clients.
Justin also helps clients with a myriad of day-to-day issues, including employee hires and terminations, layoffs, development and review of policies, contract review, and engagement of contractors and vendors. He is a tenacious advocate in the courtroom. But he understands how important it is for his clients to avoid litigation or achieve favorable settlements without a protracted legal fight when possible.
