Justin L. Engel is a partner in Prince Lobel’s Employment Law and Business Litigation Practice Groups.

In his practice, which spans over fifteen years, Justin has experience representing businesses in industries including pharmaceutical, biomedical, healthcare, management consulting, manufacturing, finance, and real estate in commercial litigation matters. He has also represented employers in connection with various aspects of labor and employment law, with a focus on complex employment litigation and investigations as well as pre-litigation counseling. In addition, Justin regularly counsels employers and handles disputes involving restrictive covenant violations and trade secret misappropriation.

He holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and he earned his bachelors and masters from the State University of New York at Albany.
