Kevin Gannon concentrates his practice on the litigation of patent and trademark infringement cases.  He also handles matters involving claims of copyright infringement, theft of trade secrets, and unfair competition.

Kevin is experienced in all phases of the litigation process, from pre-suit investigations through claim construction, trials, and appeals.  His cases have involved such technologies as computer software, machine vision systems, speech recognition, telecommunications equipment and systems, medical devices, mechanics, and consumer products.
