As Chair of Prince Lobel’s Sports & Entertainment Group, Steve represents English Premier League and other professional soccer clubs, individual owners and ownership investment groups, youth soccer clubs, leagues, players and coaches in a variety of matters. He represents these clients in investment and merger and acquisition matters, corporate governance, dispute resolution, and employment matters, and in the negotiation and drafting of a variety of agreements, including franchise agreements, stock purchase/asset purchase agreements, employment contracts, stadium agreements, strategic partnership agreements, corporate sponsorship agreements, equipment supplier contracts, leases, and operational and revenue sharing agreements.
