Founding partner Walter Prince was quoted in The Boston Globe today regarding his client, Suffolk Probate Register Felix D. Arroyo. Arroyo was suspended from his post in February, but has vowed to fight what he calls an “unwarranted and unjust suspension.” According to Prince, Arroyo was plagued by white court employees who consistently sabotaged his attempts to diversify the registry and hire minorities and individuals who spoke multiple languages.
