May 22, 2019

On June 4, the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association will host a joint open meeting of their Environmental Law and Residential Conveyancing sections where Real Estate and Renewable Energy partner Adam Braillard will speak about “Buying and Selling Property with Solar Panels.”  Braillard is the co-founder of REBA’s Renewable Energy Committee and his talk will cover many issues, from general considerations that practitioners and conveyancers must take into account when handling matters involving solar energy properties to navigating electricity and solar renewable energy credits (SRECs).  The event will take place at noon in the Presidents Conference Room at REBA, 295 Devonshire Street, Sixth Floor.  Lunch will be served.

To attend in-person, RSVP to Nicole Cohen at cohen@reba.net and to participate via webcast, RSVP to Bob Gaudette at gaudette@reba.net.
