Our Sports & Entertainment Group provides comprehensive services to organizations and individuals at all levels of sports — from youth club to college, to the pros – and as well, at all levels of entertainment — from behind-the-scenes creatives to A-list talent.

On the Sports side, we represent clubs, leagues and other organizations in a variety of complex matters affecting each aspect of their operation, including employment issues, financing and merger and acquisition matters, corporate governance, dispute resolution, for-profit/non-profit issues, and the drafting and negotiation of a variety of agreements, including employment contracts, stadium agreements, strategic partnership agreements, strategic partnership agreements, sponsorship agreements, equipment supplier contracts, leases, and operational and revenue sharing agreements.  In addition, we have conducted several investigations at the request of universities, leagues and clubs, and we have represented professional and amateur athletes in the negotiation of a wide range of business, licensing, and endorsement deals.

On the Entertainment side, we represent talent, creatives, media companies, producers, studios, networks, and record labels on a wide array of legal and business matters, including the drafting and negotiation of various agreements such as talent contracts, development deals, production agreements, distribution licenses, recording artist agreements, publishing deals, and sponsorship arrangements. We also advise on intellectual property issues (copyright, trademark), financing and investment, corporate structuring and governance, dispute resolution, employment matters, and regulatory compliance.
