1. Why Prince Lobel?
My career is and has been focused on legal excellence and service to the Worcester community, where I have lived my entire life. What Prince Lobel is creating in Worcester speaks directly to the things that drive me and the fact that I can help build this new Worcester-centric wing of Prince Lobel with colleagues who share my priorities – Worcester-based ones with whom I have worked my entire career and Boston-based new ones who have entrusted me with the firm’s goodwill – it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity that I could never pass up.
2. What is something interesting or unique about your business law practice?
People hire people they like. This is true about lawyers and oftentimes, clients like the lawyers to whom they can relate. Turns out, women, people of color, and local Worcester business owners can relate to me, like me, and hire me, and ultimately trust me as a friend and confidante. Most of my clients hired me to handle a litigation matter and once that matter was resolved the relationship transitioned to day-to-day business advice.
3. What is a fun fact about you?
I am an only child, but I have 54 first cousins (my mom had 13 siblings and my dad had 7).

1. Why Prince Lobel?
I chose Prince Lobel because it is an incredible law firm with an incredible reputation, and I am thrilled to bring my practice to Prince Lobel. What I find most exciting about the firm’s new Worcester office is that I get to join Prince Lobel at the same time as a number of incredibly talented lawyers with whom I have already been practicing. The opportunity to not only continue working with these wonderful lawyers, but also to be involved in the opening of a dynamic new law office within Worcester was a once in a lifetime opportunity that I could not pass on and an opportunity for which I could not be more grateful.
2. What is something interesting or unique about your business litigation practice?
One of the unique aspects of my litigation practice is that I have become a go-to lawyer among my colleagues for appellate work even when I have not been involved in the pre-appeal litigation. Before entering private practice, I clerked for two years at the Massachusetts Appeals Court and for a year at the Supreme Judicial Court. Because of those experiences, I developed a strong interest in appellate litigation, and I have been able to use those experiences and skills to bring a dynamic perspective to every appeal that comes across my desk.
3. What is a fun fact about you?
A unique fact about me is that I have been doing martial arts since I was 4 years old. Now in my twenty-sixth year of training, I am testing for my Rokudan or Sixth Degree Black Belt on September 13th.

3. What is a fun fact about you?
I am the first attorney in my family! It’s claimed that one of the first and most widely recognized law schools in the Eastern world was the law school of Berytus established by the Roman Empire for the study of Roman law around 200 A.D. – which is now modern-day Beirut – pretty fun fact for a first-generation Lebanese lawyer!
